1. About EcoResQ
EcoResQ is a digital Resource Rescue Platform that connects Users with Resource Providers to facilitate the discovery, reservation and fulfilment of valuable resources that might otherwise go unused or be wasted.
EcoResQ provides digital infrastructure for:
- resource discovery;
- resource listings;
- reservations;
- third-party payment processing;
- fulfilment verification;
- notifications; and
- impact and activity tracking.
EcoResQ does not generally own the Resources listed on the Platform, store those Resources, or physically fulfil them. Resource Providers remain responsible for the Resources they publish and for the applicable fulfilment arrangements.
2. Definitions
“EcoResQ” means the EcoResQ platform and the entity operating the Platform.
“User” means a person who accesses or uses the Platform to discover, reserve or obtain Resources.
“Resource Provider” means an approved individual or organisation that publishes Resources on the Platform.
“Individual Provider” means a Resource Provider acting as an individual rather than on behalf of an organisation.

“Resource” means any item, opportunity, access, space, service or other resource made available through the Platform.
“Resource Listing” means information published on the Platform describing a Resource.
“Reservation” means a reservation made by a User for an available Resource through the Platform.
“Fulfilment Window” means the period specified by the Resource Provider during which a Reservation may be fulfilled.
“Fulfilment” means the applicable process through which a User obtains or accesses the reserved Resource, including collection, pickup, check-in, redemption, digital delivery, handover or another applicable method.
“Priority Access” means a Platform feature under which verified eligible Users may receive Priority Notifications for certain eligible Resources.
“Priority Notification” means a notification sent to an eligible User when an eligible Resource becomes available through the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Account
You may use EcoResQ only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
Certain Platform features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and current account information;
- maintaining the security of your account credentials;
- keeping your account information up to date; and
- activities carried out through your account.
You must not impersonate another person or create an account using false or misleading information.
EcoResQ may require additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform safely and reliably, including where required to determine eligibility for certain Platform features or access programmes.
4. Using EcoResQ
Users may browse publicly available Resources without necessarily creating an account. Certain actions, including making a Reservation or accessing account-specific functionality, may require authentication.
You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with:
- these Terms;
- applicable Platform Rules;
- applicable laws and regulations; and
- reasonable instructions provided by Resource Providers.
You must not use the Platform to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activities.
5. Resource Listings
Resource Providers are responsible for the information they publish about their Resources. Listings should accurately describe, as applicable:
- the Resource;
- available quantity;
- relevant conditions or requirements;
- location or fulfilment arrangements;
- the Fulfilment Window;
- pricing mode; and
- other information reasonably necessary for Users to understand the Resource.
Resource Providers must keep their Listings accurate and up to date. If a Resource is sold, transferred, given away, reserved outside EcoResQ, withdrawn or otherwise becomes unavailable, the Resource Provider must promptly update or deactivate the relevant Listing.
EcoResQ does not guarantee that every Listing will always be accurate, complete, current or available.
6. Individual Resource Providers
Individual Providers may make personally owned or otherwise legitimately controlled Resources available through EcoResQ, subject to applicable laws and Platform Rules.
An Individual Provider remains responsible for the legality, ownership or lawful control, condition, description and availability of the Resources they publish.
An Individual Provider must not use EcoResQ to misrepresent a Resource, conceal that a Resource is no longer available, or engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Where a Resource is sold or otherwise becomes unavailable outside EcoResQ, the Individual Provider must promptly update or deactivate the relevant Listing.
7. Organisation Resource Providers
Organisation Providers may make Resources available through EcoResQ on behalf of their organisation, subject to applicable laws and Platform Rules.
An Organisation Provider is responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate authority to publish and manage the Resources made available through its account.
Organisation Providers remain responsible for:
- the Resources they publish;
- the accuracy of their Listings;
- available quantity;
- applicable fulfilment arrangements;
- fulfilment confirmation; and
- compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
EcoResQ may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to establish or maintain an Organisation Provider's eligibility to use Provider functionality.
8. Listing Accuracy & Availability
Resource Providers must keep their Resource Listings accurate and up to date.
If a Resource is sold, transferred, given away, reserved outside EcoResQ, withdrawn or otherwise becomes unavailable, the Resource Provider must promptly update or deactivate the corresponding Listing.
EcoResQ may temporarily hide, remove or restrict Listings that appear to be inaccurate, outdated or unavailable.
Users may report Resources that appear to have been sold, transferred, withdrawn or are otherwise no longer available. EcoResQ may temporarily hide a reported Listing while its availability is being reviewed.
Resource Providers remain responsible for their Resources and fulfilment.
9. Reservations
A Reservation represents a User's commitment to complete the applicable fulfilment within the Fulfilment Window.
A Reservation is valid only during the Fulfilment Window configured by the Resource Provider. If the applicable fulfilment does not occur before the Fulfilment Window ends, the Reservation is automatically cancelled.
Additional conditions may apply to particular Resources where clearly stated in the Listing.
10. Fulfilment
Resource Providers are responsible for the fulfilment arrangements associated with their Resources. Users are responsible for following the fulfilment instructions provided by the Resource Provider.
Depending on the Resource, Fulfilment may involve:
- collection or pickup;
- check-in;
- ticket or access redemption;
- digital delivery;
- handover of a physical item; or
- another method specified for the Resource.
Where applicable, Fulfilment may be confirmed through EcoResQ's verification mechanisms. EcoResQ provides digital infrastructure for fulfilment verification but does not generally perform the physical fulfilment itself.
11. Paid Resources and Payments
Some Resources may be available for payment. Where payment is required, payment may be processed by an integrated third-party payment provider. The applicable payment provider's terms and conditions may also apply to the payment transaction.
EcoResQ does not directly hold, custody or settle customer funds.
Pricing, taxes, fees, refunds or other payment conditions may depend on the applicable Resource, Provider and payment arrangement.
12. Priority Access & Notifications
EcoResQ may provide Priority Notifications to Users who have been verified as eligible for Priority Access.
Priority Access is intended to make selected Resources more accessible to people who may particularly benefit from affordable or otherwise socially valuable Resources.
Priority Notifications may apply to:
- Free Resources; and
- selected significantly discounted or otherwise socially valuable Paid Resources.
A Priority Notification may be sent when an eligible Resource is published.
12.1 Public Availability
Priority Notification does not delay or restrict the public availability of a Resource.
Resources become publicly available according to the normal Platform rules when they are published and approved for publication. Priority-eligible Users may simply receive a notification earlier through the designated notification channels.
12.2 No Separate Inventory or Reservation State
Priority Access does not:
- create a separate inventory pool;
- reserve Resources specifically for Priority Access Users;
- create a separate Reservation state;
- change the Resource Provider's available quantity;
- change the Resource Provider's Fulfilment Window; or
- prevent other eligible Users from discovering or reserving the Resource.
12.3 No Guarantee
Priority Access does not:
- guarantee that a Resource will remain available;
- guarantee a Reservation;
- guarantee Fulfilment;
- guarantee access to a particular Resource; or
- create a right to preferential allocation of Resources.
Availability remains subject to normal Platform and Resource Provider conditions.
12.4 Eligibility and Verification
Eligibility for Priority Access is subject to EcoResQ's applicable eligibility and verification requirements. EcoResQ may require appropriate information or evidence to determine eligibility.
Specific eligibility criteria, evidence requirements, verification procedures, validity periods and related operational rules may be defined separately in EcoResQ's Priority Access policy.
12.5 Privacy and Dignity
Priority Access eligibility is not intended to publicly disclose a User's personal circumstances. EcoResQ will seek to avoid publicly displaying or otherwise unnecessarily disclosing a User's Priority Access status.
The operation of Priority Access remains subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
13. Free and Donation-Based Resources
Resources may be offered free of charge or under a donation model where supported by the Platform.
The availability of a Resource free of charge does not itself create a guarantee of access or Reservation.
Where a donation is associated with a Resource, the applicable donation conditions will be stated in the relevant Listing.
14. Support Contributions to EcoResQ
Users may voluntarily support EcoResQ through the contribution mechanisms made available on the Platform.
Support contributions are independent of Reservations and purchases.
Supporting EcoResQ does not:
- increase Reservation priority;
- improve search ranking;
- affect Priority Access eligibility;
- provide Priority Access;
- provide Priority Notifications;
- guarantee access to Resources; or
- guarantee a Reservation or Fulfilment.
Supporting EcoResQ never gives a User Priority Access or Priority Notifications.
Support contributions do not create a membership, subscription or other preferential status unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. Prohibited Use
You must not use EcoResQ to:
- offer, request or facilitate unlawful Resources or transactions;
- facilitate drugs or controlled substances;
- offer stolen or counterfeit goods;
- conduct fraudulent, deceptive or misleading transactions;
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- abuse or circumvent Platform controls;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
- create false accounts or misleading Listings; or
- otherwise misuse the Platform.
EcoResQ may take appropriate action where Resources, Listings, accounts or transactions appear to violate applicable law or Platform Rules.
16. User-Generated Content
Users and Resource Providers may submit information, descriptions, images, reviews, reports or other content to the Platform. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the necessary rights or permissions to provide it to EcoResQ.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, abusive or otherwise prohibited by these Terms or the Platform Rules.
By submitting content to EcoResQ, you grant EcoResQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, display and process that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve and promote the Platform. This licence does not transfer ownership of your underlying content to EcoResQ.
17. Reporting and Platform Moderation
Users may report Resources, Listings, accounts or other activity that they believe violates applicable law or Platform Rules.
EcoResQ may review reported content or activity and may, where appropriate:
- request additional information;
- temporarily hide a Listing;
- remove or restrict a Listing;
- restrict Platform functionality;
- suspend or restrict an account; or
- take other measures reasonably necessary to protect the Platform and its users.
Where applicable, users may have rights to challenge or appeal certain moderation decisions under applicable law.
18. Intellectual Property
The EcoResQ Platform, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, trademarks, text and other Platform materials, is owned by or licensed to EcoResQ unless otherwise stated.
You may use the Platform only for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce or commercially exploit EcoResQ's protected materials except where permitted by applicable law or with EcoResQ's permission.
19. Availability of the Platform
EcoResQ aims to provide a reliable Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be:
- available;
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- secure against all possible threats; or
- free from temporary technical limitations.
EcoResQ may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, development or other legitimate operational reasons.
20. Third-Party Services
EcoResQ may integrate third-party services, including payment, authentication, mapping, hosting, communication or other technical services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
EcoResQ is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
21. Relationship Between Users and Resource Providers
EcoResQ provides digital infrastructure that facilitates interactions between Users and Resource Providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, EcoResQ is not the seller, owner, provider or physical fulfiller of a Resource made available by a Resource Provider. Resource Providers remain responsible for their Resources and applicable fulfilment arrangements.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
22. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EcoResQ is not responsible for:
- the accuracy or completeness of information provided by Resource Providers or Users;
- the condition, quality, legality or suitability of Resources provided by Resource Providers;
- the actions or omissions of Users or Resource Providers;
- the failure of a Resource Provider to fulfil a Reservation;
- transactions or arrangements conducted outside the Platform; or
- the independent acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
23. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using EcoResQ at any time.
EcoResQ may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary, including where a user:
- materially breaches these Terms;
- violates Platform Rules;
- engages in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
- repeatedly provides materially inaccurate information; or
- creates a significant risk to the Platform, its users or third parties.
Where required by applicable law, EcoResQ will provide appropriate information regarding the relevant decision and available remedies.
24. Changes to These Terms
EcoResQ may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable law, security requirements or business operations.
Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated to users through appropriate means.
The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the updated version.
25. Privacy and Data Protection
EcoResQ processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how EcoResQ collects, uses, stores and protects personal data and describes applicable data protection rights.
Privacy Policy →26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EcoResQ and its users, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
Where legally required, consumers retain the rights and protections provided by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the competent courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms applicable to the parties.
This section requires legal review and confirmation of the appropriate Luxembourg jurisdiction and consumer-law wording.
